4. Travis Grubbs – Resolution supporting the application for the WEDC Small Business Development Grant and collaborating with the RLCDF to apply for and administer an Angel Investment Grant Program.

5. Travis Grubbs – Discuss and consider supporting funding for the Small Business Development Grant Program.

6. Travis Grubbs – Resolution supporting the application for the Vibrant Spaces Grant for the bandshell project.

7. Consideration of movement into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) considering
