Street. The following agenda is announced:

-Consider approval of minutes of previous meeting. (December 11 th , 2024)

-Treasurer’s report.

1. 2024 Budget Amendment Resolution #1-2025 dealing with Library overages.

2. Annual Resolution #2-2025 designating Public Depository.

3. 2025 Budget Amendment Resolution #3-2025 for carry over funds.

4. Consideration of movement into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) considering

employment, promotion, compensation, or performance evaluation data of any public employee over

which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility.

5. Roll call vote to go into closed session.

6. Reconvene to open session to possibly act on matters from closed session.
