Early Spring

With longer and warmer days, get ready for the fishing season opener on Saturday, May 3, 2008. The last of the winter ice is melting out now leaving more and more open water. Patches of green grass are appearing everywhere, especially after the recent rains.

Rib Lake is a great place for fishing, with several boat launch ramps and public fishing piers.
